On Pledge Manager, Balance & The Leeghwater Project

Hello, everyone!
We're back with some brief, useful information.
The pledge manager will close on 10 December 2025.
Many of you have asked via email "Why have I not been charged yet?".
The answer is that we have not yet charged the costs and will proceed to it on December 10, coinciding with the lock on all your orders in the pledge manager.
The remaining costs to be charged are those relating to add-ons and shipping.
We are 70% complete, and there are just over ten days left. If you haven't already done so, please complete your order and survey so that we can process your support requests in time.
Anyone who has not received an email to access the pledge manager, please email us at [email protected] so that we can send you the link to access your Backerkit.
The Leeghwater Project finally arrives on Barrage Digital.
If you don't want to miss the chance to play Barrage in digital format on Steam, add Barrage Digital as an add-on to your pledge manager.
Purchasing the Digital Deluxe version also entitles you to receive all DLCs that will be released for the digital version free of charge, including, of course, The Leeghwater Project.

Pledge Manager is open, and so is the Late Pledge ('till December 10)

Hello everyone,
As many of you may have already noticed, we have finally opened the Pledge Manager, and each of you should have already received the link via email to participate.
At the same time, we have also launched the Late Pledge, accessible from the campaign page.
We would like to remind everyone participating in Late Pledge that the freebies (Mechanical Otter, XO E, and Golem Wooden Tokens) are reserved for those who participated in the campaign. Therefore, we will not be offering them for free during Late Pledge.
I would also like to highlight some issues that have arisen, in order to reduce uncertainty about certain topics as much as possible:
1 - Cost of the Rats of Wistar All-In pledge:
We noticed that, when creating the campaign, we entered an incorrect cost for the pledge (€79 instead of €69). As a solution, we have already sent a €10 complimentary credit on BackerKit to everyone who made that pledge.
2 - Cost of the Dual Layer Board Extension Upgrade for the Chinese company:
While compiling the FAQ, unfortunately, due to the rush and the immense amount of work involved in preparing for Essen SPIEL, we mistakenly stated that anyone who had made a pledge and ordered the dual-layer board extensions in the Legendary Box campaign would also receive the ‘dual layers’ for the Chinese company free of charge.
Unfortunately, this will not be possible; however, we have decided to limit the cost of the Dual Layer Board Extension to €1, a symbolic and affordable price for everyone.
We know that this does not excuse us for making a mistake, but unfortunately, we cannot offer a different solution. Please get back to us via private message for any related issue that might arise.
3 - Shipping costs:
Shipping costs are not already paid on Kickstarter (where you only paid the pledge amount), but will be paid in Backerkit together with the add-ons.
Please note that for this campaign, we have decided to combine pledge shipping costs and add-on shipping costs into a single, reduced shipping rate.
This way, we can reward you by offering you the opportunity to add as many add-ons as possible without spending a fortune on shipping
4 - Shipping zones:
We mistakenly excluded Hong Kong, Macao, and Singapore from our shipping zones, which resulted in Backers who made pledges from these areas being charged excessively high costs.
We have already corrected everything, but we invite you to report any errors you may encounter so that we can promptly resolve any issues.

Hello, everyone!
Just a quick update to let you know that, unfortunately, we will not be able to open the pledge manager this week.
We know that this is not enough to say, and we want to be as transparent as possible about it:
On our end, we have completed all the necessary procedures to prepare it, including the pre-launch checks to be carried out on BackerKit.
Unfortunately, the delay is due to banking delays: for Backerkit to give the go-ahead, it needs to receive the payment amount from us.
We have already made the payment and are simply waiting for confirmation of the correct receipt of the amount by BackerKit.
We hoped that everything would be in place during the week, but as we also have to carry out a currency exchange, the procedure is unfortunately taking longer than we anticipated.
In any case, during the next week (we are aiming for the beginning of the week), everything will finally be accessible and each of you will be able to access the pledge manager to finalise your order and add add-ons.
We apologise for the delay, but we are really only talking about a couple more days of patience.

Late Pledge, Pledge Manager & other stuff (that have SPIEL in the name)

Hello, everyone!
A quick update to let you know that we will be opening Late Pledges next week. After collecting all the funds from both the Pledge and Late Pledge, we will finally move on to opening the Pledge Manager on Backerkit, where you can finally add all the add-ons you want!
Keep an eye on the campaign so you don't miss the opening!
In addition, we have a small ‘service announcement’ for you:
Next week, from 20 to 26 October, we will be busy participating in Essen SPIEL 2025.
If any of you will be attending the fair, please come and see us!
You can find us at Booth 3T400.
There, you will find our games (Ants, Echoes of Time, and Tricky Treats), and you can try them out at our tables and say hello in person.
